Acceptance of Terms
By using Talkingsite.co, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these terms and any additional guidelines or policies referenced herein.
Subscriptions
Some parts of Service are billed on a subscription basis (“Subscription(s)”). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (“Billing Cycle”). Billing cycles are set either on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the type of subscription plan you select when purchasing a Subscription. At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or the Company cancels it. You may cancel your Subscription renewal either through your Account or by contacting Company’s customer support team at [email protected] A valid payment method, including credit or debit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, is required to process the payment for your subscription. You shall provide the Company with accurate and complete billing information including (i) full name, (ii) email address, (iii) country, (iv) business’s legal entity name, (v) VAT tax number and (vi) a valid payment method information. By submitting such payment information, you automatically authorize Company to charge all Subscription fees incurred through your Account to any such payment instruments. Should automatic billing fail to occur for any reason, Company will issue an electronic invoice indicating that you must proceed manually, within a certain deadline date, with the full payment corresponding to the billing period as indicated on the invoice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for reasons including but not limited to: service availability, errors in the description or price of the service, error in your order or other reasons. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected. Company is not responsible for any additional fees, including taxes, imposed by the relevant authorities of the country in which the person submitting an order resides / is located. Payment of these additional fees remains the responsibility of the person submitting the order.
Billing & Refunds
We charge you for access to the product in monthly plans. Due to the nature of our product, we currently do not offer refunds, either partial or in full. You can easily cancel your subscription at any time you like. We will no longer charge you anything once you cancel your subscription. We may change our pricing, pricing policies, features and access restrictions at any time.
Intellectual Property
a. Talkingsite.co and its associated content, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, text, graphics, images, and software, are the intellectual property of Talkingsite.co and its licensors.
b. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of any content from Talkingsite.co without prior written consent from us.
Use of Services
a. You agree to use Talkingsite.co and our services solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
b. You shall not engage in any activity that may interfere with or disrupt the operation of Talkingsite.co or its services, or violate the privacy or rights of other users.
Privacy and Data Protection
a. We collect and process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Disclaimer of Warranties
a. Talkingsite.co and its services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
b. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Termination
a. Either party may terminate the subscription and use of Talkingsite.co services at any time. Upon termination, your access to our services will be deactivated.
b. Termination does not relieve you of any obligations or liabilities incurred prior to termination.
Modification of Terms
a. Talkingsite.co reserves the right to modify or update these terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically for any changes.
b. Continued use of Talkingsite.co after any modifications to the terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing Law
Any claim related to IngestAI Labs, Inc.'s Website shall be governed by the laws of us without regards to its conflict of law provisions.
